The hotel provided great prices. The property was a convenient base for enjoying a secure area, near the beer garden, the bus station, and the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and the setting was great. Stayed at an extremely spacious and individual room with comfortable bedding, single bunks, for example. The service offered was good.

The double room I stayed in had a single bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, and I really enjoyed my stay.

This place offers a wonderful experience with a magnificent view, well-appointed economy quadruple room with comfy beds, a good comfortable location close to the station, and fine and good meals.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the place! It's right in the heart of town, super convenient for grabbing meals and exploring. I loved the small fridge and kettle in my room - perfect for late-night snacks. The dinner at the pub was awesome, and the staff were super friendly! My sleep was totally wrecked by a loud air conditioner unit outside my window. Seriously, it was so noisy that I barely got any rest.

The food was amazing-almost as comforting as a warm blanket on a chilly ski day. After a long day on the slopes, enjoying a hearty meal felt like victory! the service was so attentive, it felt like the staff had better radar than a well-trained dog spotting treats!

Secondly, the staff went above and beyond, ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. The rooms were basic, but the bedding was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I especially loved the air-conditioning which kept the room at the perfect temperature throughout the night. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that left me feeling energized for the day ahead.

All was just perfect, with no complaints whatsoever.

Great location, friendly staff, and a festive atmosphere. The Christmas buffet was delicious, and there was plenty of variety. The room wassuper clean and cozy, making for a pleasant stay. We had a slight issue with noise from outside, but it was tolerable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Christmas experience.

No major issues, everything was alright.

The complimentary cocktail jug and friendly staff were great touches during our New Year stay. the location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. the balcony in our room provided the perfect spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the view.

The carpet could use an update and the noise from the downstairs area was disruptive to our sleep. there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. This hotel was perfect for our short snow break. The room had a small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee, and the bathrooms and showers were very clean. The hotel's split system heating kept us warm on the cold nights. We also loved the fireside table in the pub for dinner.

There was nothing we didn't like.
